Reflections in a mill pond, Waba Creek, White Lake area, Ontario. HDR I feel fortunate to have access to this beautiful area. It is private property of a friend of a friend. This is a landscape photograph of an old rustic barn alongside a mill pond in the Ottawa Valley. A visit to a friend of a friend brought me to this private property near White Lake, Ontario. The autumn colors, the still pond and reflections, the rustic barn, the right amount of clouds and a perfectly angled jet trail made an ideal combination for a wonderful image. I used HDR (High Dynamic Range) processing to combine three different exposures together, enabling more balanced lighting and giving the image the look of a painting rather than the photograph.
