This is a man-made peninsula which protects the marina of the Nepean Sailing Club at Dick Bell Park in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The Ottawa River is at the right, the harbour at the left with a few bonus snowmobile tracks. Sidewalk showing through this windswept area, while everywhere else is still (this was taken on March 22) under more than a metre of snow.
