Carlingwood Shopping Centre, Ottawa, Ontario - KAP 2010-3

I did this session on Easter Sunday in order to have the space of an empty parking lot in which to work. There are only a few days in the year when shopping mall parking lots are empty. I was shooting from the parking lot of the Fairlawn Plaza which is across Carling Avenue from Carlingwood Mall.
These images were taken using a technique known as Kite Aerial Photography (KAP). A remote controlled camera is suspended below a kite line.
