L'Eglise St-Alphonse-de-Ligouri in Chapeau, Quebec. You can see the bridge over the north channel of the Ottawa River in the left background.
Chapeau, Quebec is on Allumette Island (L'Isle-aux-Allumettes), a 22 km x 12 km island in the Ottawa River. Pembroke is on the Ontario side, beside the southern channel and Chapeau is on the Quebec side, beside the northern channel and situated on Allumette Island itself.
The area also includes Morrison Island, Marcotte Island, and some smaller islands.
