2009 Canadian Rivers Day – June 14, 2009
For the fifth consecutive year, Ottawa Riverkeeper celebrates Canadian Rivers Day with a guided paddle on the Ottawa River (from Victoria Island to Petrie Island) as a way of bringing people and the river together.
I attended the event as an Ottawa Riverkeeper volunteer photographer, making available to them any of the photographs that they might wish to use in future publicity and publications.

These images are in the order they were taken, more or less a chronology of the event (the part at Victoria Island that is). Be sure to turn pages to see them all, or use the slideshow button near the top right of the page.
